What shipping and delivery options do you offer?

We provide several convenient delivery options. You can choose our store pickup service to collect your order from our East Ham location and enjoy a 5% discount. For larger orders, we also offer nationwide delivery via chilled box systems for orders up to 30kg and pallet services for bulk shipments (over 200kg). Please note that our shipping services do not cover the Highlands, islands, or Northern Ireland, and we do not ship frozen items via our standard courier partners.

How do I place an order?

Ordering with EaterySupply is simple. Start by browsing our extensive range of products and select the cuts, weights, or customizations that best suit your needs. Add your desired items to your cart, and then choose your preferred payment option—either secure online payment or our 30-day credit option (subject to a credit check). Our process is designed to be seamless, ensuring you receive the finest ingredients quickly and efficiently.

What are the payment options available?

We offer flexible payment solutions to match your business operations. You can pay immediately via secure online methods at the time of ordering, or opt for our 30-day credit option through Choco Instant Pay, which is available after a successful credit check.

What is your refund and return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. For fresh items, returns are accepted if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. For frozen and grocery items, you have up to 7 days to report any problems. To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if available. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days once approved.

How are weight adjustments and billing discrepancies handled?

Due to natural variations in the weight of fresh meat products, an amendment note is included with every delivery to reflect any changes in weight or specific notes from our butchers. This amendment note is matched with your invoice, ensuring that you are only charged for the exact amount received. Any extra charges from adjustments will be promptly refunded.

Can I order frozen items through your standard delivery service?

Currently, we do not ship frozen items via our standard shipping partners, DHL and DPD. For frozen products or special requirements, please contact our team to explore alternative methods that maintain product quality during transit.
